This family owned business is customer service oriented. They have gone out of their way to process returns in a manner that assured corrections were clearly recorded and involved head office staff when unable to process a return themselves. I would rent from this location again!

We got stuck in deep snow in the parking lot with my car, the U-haul was covered in snow, and the tank was half-full. Although the workers were very nice, I would not rent another unit from here, unless I find out that all U-Haul rental places do not clean off the vehicle and fill the gas tank prior to rental.

Robert J.It was an after hours pick up of our rental truck. We could not get the U-Haul app working to complete the pick up on our cellular phone. We called U-Haul and after a very long wait on our cell phone, we finally got through to someone who tried to resolve the issue. However, the issue could not be resolved and the U-Haul app never did work. This was a remote location but I did have full bar signal on my cell phone. I have rented numerous U-Haul trucks and have always completed the transactions on my phone, so I was familiar with the use of the app. The "Dashboard" would not load on my phone, which seemed to be the issue. Thank goodness the owner of the premises showed up and we were extremely great full that he was able to complete the pick up of the truck in his office! Again, after hours! I don't know what we would have done if this owner had not shown up as we were moving from a high-rise apartment building with a booked elevator time slot! I rated the pickup location low only because of the cell phone issue and it not being able to be resolved while on the phone to U-Haul. The owner of the business was excellent with us and completed the pick up of the rental truck. Again, so thankful he showed up after hours!!

It doubled the number of trips, double the mileage, double the hours hired help were required, created huge amounts of stress. Because we couldn't find items when unpacking we realized we left behind things in the packing confusion. To say that I am livid is understating it. Do not trust U-Haul.

If I had know that, I would have returned the vehicle sooner. I was billed at that amount and I was told a complaint was lodged through head office and that the local manager would call me and hopefully I can get a refund of $20 x 4 days ($80). Otherwise, the vehicle and service were great, overall.

Neil M.The mileage was 100 miles out. I have to pay for 100 miles that somebody else drive. I called the location but when I tried to change it to what it actually was I was not allowed to be the app. It said to call in but I had people waiting to move me.

I told him that I was there to drop off a U-haul trailer and he said "oh, just drop it anywhere I'll deal with it tomorrow. have a nice day". A different experience!

Steve S.I have rented U Haul's in Canada & the U.S. easily over one hundred times in total and this specific location is my all time favorite. The young gentleman made the booking with ease while being extremely kind and welcoming. Would definitely suggest anyone to book this location if ever in the area. I was fatigued after working an all nighter then I loaded a 26ft full of garbage with 3 other men. When I arrived at the dump they only let one person offload it. I was the driver to I was the lucky one. When returning the truck the young man came out upon my arrival, helped me with the check in to get me on my way. Even had the cash readily available. Talk about smooth sailing. Very, very pleased. Take care my friend & thanks again for the great customer service experience ??
George W.I found this location, Willmsies in Thedford to be excellent. Very friendly and accommodating. The truck I had reserved had not been returned by the previous renter and they called me to say it would be delayed and he was going to chase it down. He did and they had it back in no time. This in my opinion is going the extra mile. The truck was clean and in good shape. I would rent there in a heartbeat again.

david S.I am SO happy with Randy at the Willsie Equipment Thedford location!!! I was very frusterated with UHAUL as I booked over a month ago and kept getting the run around for pick up location. NOTHING could be "confirmed" (I called 5 Uhauls and the main UHAUL) until the day before the move which DOES NOT WORK for planning a move!! I finally spoke on the phone with Randy and he was wonderful to work with and confirmed my truck a week out. I honestly think UHAUL needs to rethink having depot locations if they can't reserve trucks there. The depot managers are excellent to talk to- but the UHAUL business is not. I would of had to drive and pay $200 just to pick up where they wanted me to- an hour each way! Thank you Randy for giving me the peace of mind!
