the location signed me up for free storage, i kept insisting i don't need it. after 1 month they started to send me invoices for storage and part due late payment fees. upon repeated over the phone conversations and after visiting branch they sent me an email confirming my storage contract is canceled which i never used. they sent me an invoice for month of march again.... which is very disappointing experience
