Facility was nice, secure and clean. So you excell in that regard. However, in a few year period I went from $64 a month to around $130 a month. Uhaul raised my prices over 20% each year for a basic 5x10 unit. The price alone will keep me from renting a Uhaul storage unit long term ever again or recommending to a friend to rent there. Lower your prices and don’t raise prices on customers every few months like you did to my account. $1500 a year for a 5x10 unit is asinine.
