donna w | Overall ExperienceYou need to advertise and give incentives to get people to apply and work for u-haul. Having 2 employees is unacceptable- I spent over 30 mins waiting to get assistance AND then only assistance occurred because I went outside to ask one of two guys if they could come in and help me. Then the one who came inside to assist me (though very friendly) he wasn’t trained to do what I needed help with so it took almost 1.5 hrs to get a storage unit set up. Again he wasn’t trained very friendly but to reserve a truck and storage unit should not have had taken 2+ hours.
Paula H | Overall ExperienceOverall my experience was very positive. There were a couple of staff members who were not really friendly but others were exceptional. Also, I did not realize that I would not get a refund for the unused days that I prepaid for my last month. That feels unfair as my month started on the 23rd of May and I moved out on June 5, so I thought I would get a refund of at least $130.00. If I recommend U-Haul storage to anyone, I will be sure they are aware.

I haven't had best of experiences with storage facilities in the past and the staff and management at uhaul on boundry provided not just a safe secure and clean place for me to keep my belongings they provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long long time. My sincere appreciation goes out to all of them.! Me ke aloha pumehana ka kou e uhaul! Mahalo!
Aileen K | Overall ExperienceAll the staffing very friendly and professional except the manager Diane. She is not nice to the staff. She totally not nice to the customers. She raised her tone at Reggie while helping me. I felt so bad for him. He was absolutely friendly and care.about his customers except her. Someone like Reggie should be the manager. He cares more about his job in helping each customer with a friendly smile.
