The staff was more than helpful going over and beyond to provide as much help as they could for my situation and storage needs. I haven't had best of experiences with storage facilities in the past and the staff and management at uhaul on boundry provided not just a safe secure and clean place for me to keep my belongings they provided some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long long time. All the staffing very friendly and professional except the manager Diane. She is not nice to the staff. She totally not nice to the customers. She raised her tone at Reggie while helping me. I felt so bad for him. He was absolutely friendly and care.about his customers except her. Someone like Reggie should be the manager. He cares more about his job in helping each customer with a friendly smile.
