They went out of their way to accommodate us when we were in a bind while moving out of California. The U-Haul folks on that end (California) were not willing to help with our logistics problem. tim s | Overall ExperienceThe crew in anthem, led by their manager Bill, are awesome. Always willing to go aBove and beyond to make sure my needs are met. Facilities are always clean, and they make a real effort to ensure that my stuff is safe. My only issue, if you can call that, would be that I had reserved a large 21‘ x 37‘ (something like that) unit. Through a glitch, the unit was rented to someone else I thought initially that I could get a 10 x 10, and 10 x 15, which are approximately equivalent in size, for the same price. However, I was told that only exact matches in square footage would qualify. as a result, I’m paying almost double the original coded price. Other than that, everything has been awesome.
