Had this storage unit for several years after my mom passed. They were super helpful when we needed to change units, and when we moved out they were having technical issues and were very accommodating about making sure we were taken care of in spite of that. Storing at UHaul also made it very easy to rent a truck and load up when we were to move everything out of town. I will also say, everything made it through Hurricane Helene intact and undamaged, and that would not have been the case had we still had things at the Swannanoa River Rd. location.

Sam B | First ImpressionsThe only issue we have is the representative we spoke to on the phone assured us that this facility had 24 hr room access, and that’s not true. Room access is only from 5 am to 10 pm, which is not at all convenient for either my husband or me. The most convenient time for either of us to be able to access the room is exactly when it os non-accessible.
SARAH R | First ImpressionsThe code never worked and alarm was always blaring…until the alarm broke. The garage doors never auto opened and 1 was broken. The facility bathroom was the most disgusting bathroom I’ve ever seen. The desk clerks had a terrible attitude. After complaining to corporate- the supervisor never even called me back. And they never would answer their phone.
JoAnn W | Overall ExperienceDisappointed that there were no flat carts, only carts with bars making putting certain items on them difficult. Bathroom was a disaster. Forgot to notify Staff. Staff was pleasant and helpful.
