I would never rent a storage locker or a moving van from you ever again. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. They literally came and took the car from me after agreeing I could keep it for an extra day and double charged me and came and towed it from my house. Your employees are the Pulaski hwy/kresson st location are some of the most ignorant unhelpful people in my life. They let someone who was not on my storage unit come there and remove my belongings without permission then continued to charge me for a unit that was almost completely empty after I had 2 full units to begin with. If I could have given them negative stars I would. My first experience with Uhaul and my last.
Amy F | Overall ExperienceI say below average because I got to the storage unit at seven the loading docks and the sliding door were locked from the inside. It was four people moving, and we had to go through the front door for one items you have to turn around on a car just to get through the door so basically no more than one or two items on a cart and you have to go through another door that has slats at the bottom which is wider than the cart makes it even harder trying to pull your stuff through the door and it literally took from 7 to 11 something I had to put my stuff outside just to clear the truck so I can have the truck keys in the box. It was a nightmare. That was the only thing wrong service. Everything else was wonderful but waiting for all of these people to move their stuff in and out the front door and you gotta stand on the sidewalk with your cart it was crazy.and it took me 2 hours to move out my house
