I had the worst experience dealing with this company. To start off, I was lied to about the pricing. I was told I was signing for $95.00 a month storage fee. When I was billed, I was charged $120.00. I spoke with the Manager of the location (Jeremy). He told me he could not adjust the charges but he would give me 1 month free. To do this he removed my auto pay. He told me he would re instate the auto pay & send me an email stating it was completed. He did not. My payment was to go through on the 21st. By the 28th, I got an email & phone call from the facility stating my payment was late. I was locked out of my locker! I made numerous phone calls to corporate to take care of this. I ended up paying the extra $15.00 late fee to get into my locker. I did speak with corporate that refunded me the $135. I then got a letter stating the company is raising their rates. The fees & lack of customer service is ridiculous. I chose to end my business with the company ( having only been there for 2 months). I rented a truck to move to a different company’s facility. U-haul decided to charge me a $38.50 refueling charge for a 5mile round trip. I put 1 gallon of fuel into the truck before I returned it. I have now been charged over double the rental price. I have filed a dispute. The customer service representative was very rude. I do not recommend this company, I recommend you to stay far away. Zero stars.

tracina h | First ImpressionsI bought 2 storage lockers and then proceeded to rent a unit and intended to keep it long term as I buy many storage units. My issue was the one of the units I bought did not have all the contents in the photos. I have never had this happen before. I notified the staff and also sent text messages and emails to the general manager and didn’t receive a response. I will not bid on units from this site again and will make sure to let other buyers that I know of the issues as well. I had planned on renting for a year of more because of location.
