All of The Staff was excellent from beginning to end . Michael stood out from the rest by far !! I can not even believe how wonderfully genuine, compassionate, and professional he was with both my child and I . I truly appreciate Uhaul as an organization. I was given gift cards by LEGAL AID and was not able to continue with the unit. I was absolutely astonished that they allowed my child and I to gather what belonging we could manage . Michael never once shamed me or judged me in anyway he assisted with facilitating with phenomenal customer service . As someone who has been in the Customer Service industry for over 25 years I recognize a star when I see one . I hope that Uhaul has an organization is able to acknowledge your wonderful employee Michael it is rare that someone of his age is as professional competent and capable as he clearly is. I would appreciate if if you would give me the opportunity to speak to C level management so that I may share my full experience.

BYRON B | Overall ExperienceThe 68075 Ramon Rd. Cathedral City, CA location staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Especially Michael T and Skye McNeal. I arrived at the facility completely exhausted, sleep deprived and frustrated from my long distance move from San Diego to La Quinta. When I arrived at the originally booked facility in Indio, I expected a bricks and mortar building and what was there was just old UHaul trucks, not bricks and mortar buildings, I was upset. Staff at the Indio location were helpful in connecting me with the Cathedral City location staff, to alert them we were driving there to secure a storage unit. The Cathedral City location did not have a climate controlled unit available so I took a small outside unit. The facility is not convenient to my residence but the staff was extremely accommodating and supportive. I appreciate that I was also able to return the one way truck rental to this location. I will rent with UHaul again. The customer service was excellent.
