These days, when good customer service is a rarity, it's good to know that some companies out there still provide good customer service. John F | Overall ExperienceThe door lock is previously broken partially when I first got the unit. Upon returning, they try to blame me for it. Thankfully, another staff clarified that it was broken few months ago before I got the unit. Be careful!

John A | First ImpressionsFrom a service standpoint, which is what I'm commenting on with this rating, the staff is simply average. They don't go above. They don't really smile, or I recall say thanks to me for my business. Very by the book and even amongst working with each other, no one seems really happy to be there. No smiling, "I can help you over here" is about as pleasent as they come. No one was rude or condescending, they all just seem bored with their jobs, don't make a lot of eye contact, and sort of the same with each other. The Ubox people on the other hand almost seem to work for another company. Friendly, helpful and attentive--whether on the phone or in person.
