JOSIE C | First ImpressionsJust wanted to give a big thank you to Michael, he's service was excellent and professional. There was a few customers in there that were rude and took a long time. He maintain professionalism and apologize to us for waiting several times and was very polite. Also, his dad works the grounds. We do not know his name, but he did a great job always helped me with unlocking the door to get into my storage unit very professional and quick with everything. I've rented U-Haul three times from here over the last few months and just closed out my storage unit. Five stars to both of these employees!

These days, when good customer service is a rarity, it's good to know that some companies out there still provide good customer service. John F | Overall ExperienceThe door lock is previously broken partially when I first got the unit. Upon returning, they try to blame me for it. Thankfully, another staff clarified that it was broken few months ago before I got the unit. Be careful!
