Will Da Cruz was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Noone loves the moving process, but Will made everything to do with a vehicle and storage rental efficient and painfree. In a climate where customer service skills are frequently found lacking, Will stands out as THE reason I will use U-Haul going forward. This gentleman deserves a raise!!

The person that rang me in was ok I still would of liked to see other unit but I guess he just wanted me in this one. There should be after hour access just incase you need to grab something quick.
