Everything was great and easy to access. My only complaint with having a second floor unit and no elevator is having to haul the furniture up and down the stairs. Good thing I am strong enough and have a young son to help me.

Allison L | Overall ExperienceIt's a storage unit. The desk is always busy with customers who seem to be outrageously demanding, and unaccepting of information they get from a very nice staff. (must be the location, the Cumberland facility ran more smoothly). The fact that the location is more difficult to travel to because of the recent bridge construction, I would not recommend that particular site. I could have emptied my unit a while back, but dreaded traveling through the RT195 mayhem.

The gentleman that helped me when I closed my unit reimbursed my last month. The staff was always friendly and courteous. The app was also convenient for payment.
