Everything went great until our check out. We moved out of the unit 2 days after our renewal date and when I asked about a partial refund, I was told to email the manager Sara Gamblin, which I did. No response from her. After a week I sent a follow up email and again, no response. That customer service was disappointing.

Randy C | Overall ExperienceSarah, the manager at this facility, was the ONLY one who helped me. No one else seemed to know what was going on at any time. As far as uhaul itself, it seemed that every time I went to the unit, there was a lock on it because either your system didn't update to reflect that I was PAID IN FULL, or the system was down. I used to belive in uhaul, but now, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! If not for Sarah and her assistance, this would have been a total nightmare!

Leoncio O | First ImpressionsWhen I went in to the location at 11120 154 st, i waited in line for 45 mins, the guy at the front desk said he couldn't help me get access to my unit. So I had to go out of my way the next morning to go in again to get access. When I was moving in, there was a lot of sketchy people following us in. We asked if they had a key card and the one man become very aggressive. The people following them into the storage building were questionable and I felt uncomfortable there moving in and leaving my items. This felt like it defeated the purpose of a secure building. Someone in the group did have a key card, but they were the most questionable of all.

From what I could tell there were only two in the building. And even though it wasn't very busy, I ended up spending about half my time waiting for a cart to become available.
