My access code wasnt working. I called customer service they gave me a new acess code but it still didnt work. It took forvever to move in because i had to keep waitinv for someone to come out to gain acces to the storage builing. This was a huge inconvenience.

Was very frustrating.. the gate was always difficult to open and to lock. All my complaints fell on deaf ears. Managers just didn't care . Finally could not take it any more . Not even an apology one time. What a disappointment. I should a refund for some of those months. What a rip off!!

Some were family heirlooms. I had to throw things away that I could not get mold off. I have filed a claim over a week ago and yet to hear from a claims adjuster.
