Josh was very helpful and genuinely kind and sincere, which are not traits I see as much in customer service these days. Facility is conveniently located, with 3 secure access doors for 24/7 access. JANET P | ReservationThe facility is fairly new, very clean, and secure, with easy access. One great benefit is that you can rent a U-Haul truck right there—pickup and drop-off are super convenient. I would definitely use Integrity Storage again if I need a great place to store my belongings. Highly recommended!

I've lived in 11 states and have used commercial storage facilities in all of them. I have never encountered a more professionally run establishment. The staff are the most excellent customer service reps I have encountered in any business (not just storage facilities). They could teach a master class on making customers feel welcomed and appreciated. There simply is not better storage facility in Garner, Raleigh, NC or the US. Thank you so very much!

I'm used to 24hour access to my unit, so it was tough to make sure I was there before it closed if I wanted something. The only thing that would make this better, is 24 hour access.. But I don't think you will find that locally anywhere. Therefore...This is the place! Thumbs up!
