But U-Haul overall for a storage units is way too expensive. I’ve been a customer for four years and have stayed loyal to you guys and I left because you would not offer me your competitors equal rate to what I had Climate controlled first level. They offered a way cheaper price, even if they were to raise their prices it wouldn’t come close to what you were charging. And they offered me double the space and when I went to a manager to talk about this, they blew me off so the facility at Parham Road has been awesome and the people besides the manager were awesome, but U-Haul overall I left after being a four-year loyal customer because your rates kept going up and up and up and you’re more expensive than anyone in pretty much the whole state And when I was moving out, I found out there was a family moving out along with me for the same reason so that’s something for y’all to really take a look at if you truly care and you truly want to keep your customers they’re moving out because your rates are way too high that’s it

Luke R | Overall ExperienceBesides my two tv’s being taken from an unattended area (32’ and 43’)on the 1st day of move in, I suppose everything else was ok. Also I would have liked to been offered 24 hour access as an option, that I see other guests have. I don’t want to live in my storage as the property manager stated I just want access to my things because I’m in the process of waiting on my new home being built and didn’t want to take so much back n forth with me. Other than that, it was ok. I just think the facility upkeep and staff could have been better also a closer unit to the entrance would have been great I’m all the way in the back still first level, but I past a few vacant storages before getting to mine. But U-Haul I will forever use maybe next time a different location.
