The manager on duty said that she wanted to use my phone to scan my license when I couldn’t get it to work. It felt unprofessional and unclean. I did not appreciate it and it made the situation very awkward when I felt like I had to surrender my phone.

The staff was incredible and very kind. The only note I have is that based on the info provided, it wasn't clear to me if I could go to my storage center after office hours on my very first time accessing it. If there is a way to better spell that out it would be helpful. Thank you!
