It was frustrating attempting the online move-in process on our phone; it seems that maybe this needs to be reviewed for mobile devices because as soon as we switched and tried it on our laptop, everything worked fine (but this was after at least 4 attempts on our mobile device). Also, the instructions to access the building/unit should be clearer. We received the information with our access code but because the doors automatically opened, we were never actually asked to enter the access code. This then caused the alarm to go off. Luckily the associate working there helped us out and explained that we needed to enter the access code to "check in" on the third box from the main doors. She was extremely helpful, thank goodness.
