I was not able to enter the facility on the move-in day using my account number so I did not move-in at all. When I tried to move out online, I could not do so because "there was a lock on my storage space" When I called the customer service, they solved this issue very efficiently and I successfully moved out.

Facilities had restroom locked while office hours wasn't able to use restroom while moving in for 3 hrs once o drove to BK
