Someone from this facility changed the lock on my unit door and went in and stole my household goods. I have filed a police report and I would like to get reimbursed for my furniture. Also, I would like someone to contact me regarding this. I would like to file charges against the thieves.

Also, the middle seat in the cab for a third person was non-existent. Forced him to sit on the floor. The unit I am now renting is a replacement for a very poorly kept Public Storage facility at 11700 S W Freeway that keeps going up in cost and gives less and less quality service.

But upon arrival, the storage would be closed, which was very frustrating and inconvenient when you’re trying to access your belongings. But other than that, the staff were Amazing!!
