DO NOT USE THIS UHAUL FOR ANY REASON!! I HAVE ONLY HAD ISSUES WITH THEM THE ENTIRE TIME! WHEN I MOVED INTO MY UNIT NONE OF THE STAFF WOULD HELP ME TAKE THE CAR DOLLY OFF THE UHAUL TRUCK SAYING "ITS A LIABILITY" EVEN THOUGH I HAD NO CLUE HOW TO GET MY CAR OFF. FINALLY THE HISPANIC STAFF MAN HELPED BUT THE DOLLY ENDED UP DAMAGNG THE BOTTOM OF MY CAR. WHEN GETTING THE UNIT IT TOOK FOREVER TO GET DUE TO THE MANAGER MOVING BACK AND FORTH BETWEEN CUSTOMERS. HE SHOULD TAKE THE TIME TO FINISH WITH 1 CUSTOMER THEN MOVE ON THE NEXT ONE. THEN WHEN WE MOVED IN THE MANAGER HAD MENTIONED THAT THEY'VE HAD A LOT OF BREAK INS RECENTLY WHICH MADE ME SHOCKED HE WOULD SAY THAT TO US RIGHT WHEN WE WERE MOVING OUR STUFF IN. SINCE GETTING THE UNIT TOOK SO LONG WE ONLY HAD AN HOUR TO MOVE OUR STUFF INTO THE UNIT BEFORE CLOSING. LUCKILY WE GOT IT IN TIME. THE UHAUL APP SAYS THAT WE CAN ACCESS THE STORAGE FROM 6AM TO 10PM BUT THE MANAGER TOLD ME WE COULD ONLY ACCESS IT DURING STORE HOURS WHICH ARE 7AM TO 7PM. FOR THE 1 MONTH I HAD THE UNIT I WOULD COME AND CHECK ON MY STUFF WEEKLY TO MAKE SURE NO ONE HAD BROKEN IN AND STOLEN ANYTHING. I WAS SO RELIEVED TO MOVE OUT MY STUFF BUT I HAD MORE ISSUES GETTING ANOTHER TRUCK AT MOVE OUT. I HAD RESERVED A 10FT TRUCK A WEEK BEFORE THEN COME TO MOVING DAY, THE STAFF SAYS THEY HAD TO GIVE AWAY MY TRUCK BECAUSE "I WAS LATE" IT WAS ONLY 5MINS AFTER THE TIME. THEN TOLD ME THEY CAN'T HELP ME LOOK AT OTHER UHAULS FOR ANOTHER TRUCK AND WISHED ME LUCK. LIKE WTF YOU GIVE AWAY MY TRUCK THAT I RESERVED A WEEK IN ADAVNCE THEN WON'T EVEN HELP ME TRY AND GET ANOTHER TRUCK. I HAD TO CALL SEVERAL NEARBY UHAULS TO GET A TRUCK. THEN WHEN I WANTED TO MOVE OUT OF THE UNIT THEY DIDN'T PROCESS THE MOVE OUT UNTIL 2 WEEKS AFTER SO THEY SAY I OWE MORE THAN I DO. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE EVER AGAIN. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

SEKINATU A | Overall ExperienceLast Tuesday I came in to rent a storage unit and Beverly was very professional and kind. She is the type of representative that gives Uhaul a great name and makes renting a storage unit easier and enjoyable. I truly hope that she stays there for as long as she wants. This was one of the cleanest, well maintained and managed Uhaul facilities I have ever visited. I will definitely return for all my moving needs. Great knowledgeable staff and very attentive to customers needs.
