I was with UHaul for about seven years paying my monthly rent. One year ago finances were tight and I was still making my storage monthly rent payments. My husband passed in 2025 and them my son stepped up to help me. I wasn't able to pay one month rent then two months. I called UHaul for a payment plan. They informed me that they do not have a payment plan that I would have to pay in full. Now three months late and the late charges are adding to my bill. They could not help me or give me options other than pay half and move my things out. I tried to borrow the funds I needed but its tight on everyone I know. My son lost his job and getting his CDL license now, but this takes time as well. So UHaul actioned off my unit. I would not use a storage again!!
