Very bad managers Fortunately the region manager comped two months. People at desk were terrible to me.

CHUKWUEBUKA C | First ImpressionsThe day that I came to retrieve my items from the storage unit I rent some items were missing. This lock n the storage was a different lock. Once I was able to get in you could tell someone had been in it. My things were out of my bags, someone was eating Doritos and waste them all over. My printer and 2 laptops was missing. I called to file a complaint and no one got back to me. Not using U-Haul ever again.

Morgan M | First ImpressionsThis facility would randomly change their access hours without any notice. They locked all doors regardless of card reader entry to prevent anyone access during posted hours of operation. This facility needs new management urgently.
