IBRAHIMA D | First ImpressionsThe facility doors were stuck to get out and very tricky getting in. The snow removal was horrible for a business. The unit had stains on the walls, trash was on the top the the metal net ceiling and to top it off after I paid for the unit the largest rat trap was put in my unit that was not there before signing. I was able to view many units in the facility i was at, it got worse by the minute. The alam system was constantly ringing. My finale choice was to moves out in less than a month to a different company and facility. Very sad for my first storage unit !

ZACHARY C | Overall ExperienceI had an absolutely horrible experience with this location. The staff were grossly incompetent, and unprofessional. I had a storage unit from May until December of 2025 and never once received the customer service I needed or had my issue resolved. My account was set to auto-pay unbeknownst to me which in an of it's self is a predatory practice. I ended up paying twice in one month due to this and requested a refund for the additional payment. The refund was processed but the computer system didn't show that I was issued a refund and for months it showed that I missed a payment. Every time I came to my unit a lick was placed on my unit and I would have to show my receipts. The staff treated me as though I hadn't payed until I showed my receipt and the manager that caught the issue said they would fix it and never did. The day I came to clean out my into and close my account there was a lock on the unit. Even though I paid for all of December and came a couple of weeks ago and had to show my receipt they put the lock back on my unit. I had to wait a half hour for the office to open and then when I went to close out my account they give me a paper showing I had zero balance. If my balance is zero then why was there a lock on my account?! Just ridiculous. Would not recommend this location or honestly U-Haul storage to anyone.
