Bad experience since day one. 3 storage unit later 2.5 hours later I got an outside unit whole crying in their parking lot. Talked to the gm and was told when he came back we would talk about our deal we made. Was told 1st month was free so until the end of September being that it was Aug 31 when I got it paid up and my $94.00 payment was to be refunded or to pay for my 2nd month and he took off the remaining fees. So now paid up until the end of October. At the end of September I was told I owe them a payment and was double locked up. Now GM's changed up and new gm wouldn't attempt to communicate or contact the one before him to verify it. I tried to email old gm and asked him to also do so also with my mother on 3 way call with us both listening. He said he knew that his old gm email wouldn't work anymore but wouldn't give me his updated info or attempt to contact him his self. My unit was attempted to be broke into several times and nobody else knew where my unit was except for your employee's because I moved everything by myself. No big deal but was told y'all provided a lock but I paid for my own. Twice in one night a man in an all black jogging suit was smoking and walking around the outside edge of the parking lot. Looking like he was gonna do something. And he didn't have a storage unit. Came back a 2nd time parked in the back this time and walk around again same car and man. Moving on this place tried to double charge me for my second month so I felt like it's been nothing but problems since day 1 so I took my belongings and left. I WILL NEVER AGAIN RENT OR USE U-HAUL STORAGE UNITS.
