ROBERT B | Overall ExperienceMy only complaint so far is that during normal business hours if I need ask a question or talk to someone there while I'm checked into my storage unit I can't use my code to enter store at the west store entrance. Unfortunately, I then have to walk around almost the entire building to get in. I have walking and breathing issues, so that doesn't help.
KENNETH P | Overall ExperienceOver all everyone was very nice. but there was one young blk man in the day that was kinda rude.. ( I’m blk as well ) but there were blk and white young men that were helpful and friendly.. The young lady in the office was a sweetheart and was very helpful.

Marcus H | Overall ExperienceI understand no light in the unit because of fire code thing…but man is it dark in there! Even with that I would’ve given five stars…because that’s a fire code thing. I went down one star because I believe your billing screens need to be fixed and easier to read. I would say “training” but I can see why your own employee thought I hadn’t paid for my unit when I actually did pay. It took another employee to figure out where my credit was. The screen makes it look like I still owed money instead of showing a very clear “zero balance”. System fix is needed, not an employee problem. The employees were extremely nice…even the guy who thought I still owed money.

TORU H | First ImpressionsMy overall experience was terrible. The first two weeks.of me having the storage, my 24 hour access did not work, then my storage flooded, I check my stuff and it has mold on it. I contact them and they ac like they never had a flood , I speak to a manger , now they can’t find me in the system . So now I have stuff with mold on there and they acting as if they can’t do anything.. manager keep saying he can’t tell if I have insurance or not, etc . I would never ever come to this place again , it be different if they tried to fix there mistakes or the issue in general.
