Location was great and I could pickup and return my rental at facility. I booked online so the system chose my unit.There was no elevator in my building to move appliances. Mr. Leon helped assist with my moving process by the knowledge and experience he provided. I learned u haul has appliance dollies. It definitely some sweat equity to put your things in storage on an upper floor. The staff has been great and the manager demonstrated the security and access of the facility.

ELBERT C | Overall ExperienceMy storage did not have no light in it also it was very heated in there my belongings in the storage was very much damage when it was time to get my things out the storage everything infested fleas and spiders my belongings all wet up with mildew on it my couch, curtains and clothes I had to through mostly everything away .
