Horrible place to rent a storage from. Manager is beyond rude and the staff learns bad manners from her. Ac never worked in my climate controlled unit. It was over 101 degrees move in day. I've made multiple complaints to cooperate about her and this location.

I moved to a difference storage center where the staff is friendly and professional.

I left doing Katrina and I came back just to utilize this facility when I could’ve used any other Uhaul closest to my location, but I’ve always chosen this one because of Miss Deanna she goes far and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied as a customer whether is getting a truck for you a trailer, the proper unit and anything you think you may need while you are on premises and it truly saddens me to actually leave and that was only because of additional spacing that I needed and at this time they can’t provide that, but she is still going out of her way to find a convenient way for me to have all the space that I need combined they are like family to me all the staff. They have been great to me always
