The staff was very rude. I got behind on my payment but I tried to stay in communication with them. I paid what I owed in full so that I could remove my things. After I paid in full, the manager then told me that my storage would be locked back up the next day. I had to remove my stuff the next morning.I asked for the price to use their dumpster and was told their dumpster was full and if I left anything at all, I would be charged $100.

CHARMAINE W | Overall ExperienceI rented the storage unit in Killeen, Texas 1003, an outside unit. I was there for over a year, we had a rain storm last week in October here and the storage took on Water. I didn’t have insurance, but they eventually came out and sealed the backside of the unit, letting me know that this was their problem. They didn’t give me anything but a couple of boxes and some tape! if they had not sealed it, it would’ve rained on the next customer, but my damages meant nothing to them and they have a whole lot more money than I do. I don’t know how many times I had to ask them to move their vehicles just so that I could have access to my property, they were not helpful and actually sometimes had an attitude where I was the one being inconvenienced when they came out and I was told, I recorded the conversation that they had sealed the unit that tells me that it was their fault that my items got wet, especially if it never happened in over one years time, and all they gave me was some boxes and tape. They saw the damage and they did not own up to it they do not take care of their customers. I have videos and pictures of them parked in front of my unit many times so they can treat you anyway, and you can pay, but they keep all of their money even when the damages were their fault. gave me the runaround. Will call you tomorrow never asking the pertinent questions. Do you have Insurance? You could’ve saved me some time. I could’ve just moved out as I did immediately when I saw the water. What should I do? Wait for more damages, seeing that you were not going to respond to any of the ones that your negligence created. Oh, you can file a claim the person that told me that was in charge and she should’ve looked on my contract to see if I had insurance before she led me down a rabbit hole to a company.RepWest, that handles U-Haul claims and told me oops you didn’t have any insurance! All I know is you all has a whole lot more money than I do and now I see how they get it!
