I’m a nurse will absolutely advertise for this location!!!! The 75 Novner drive, Cincinnati Ohio, where I picked up Uhaul was nasty. It was not a regular Uhaul lot, more of a few Uhauls to pick up. The location in Ohio was nasty, we spent 2 hours cleaning Uhaul where it was nasty and stunk!! These people don’t deserve to rent Uhauls!!! Had to put air in front tire, no one was there when we picked uhaul up!! Thank goodness for the 4705 clinton hwy location!!!!everyone were prudent professionals, the facility is clean, love the units have security and cameras!! And the hallways were extremely clean!! Need trash cans though!! Love the free month for renting a Uhaul!!! Thanks!! Michelle lucas
