Construction was underway, and I attempted to utilize my 30-day free storage, but was unable to access a proper size storage unit, as well as use the loading dock to unload, due to containers being placed in a location that blocked access. I was forced to go to another storage facility to store the belongings. Thus incurring an additional $150 charge to my aready expensive rental.

Allowed someone to sign up for a storage unit under my name without permission and tried charging me for the storage fees without me even having knowledge of anything.
