Dajion W | Overall ExperienceAt this location, I set up an online reservation for “covered trailer parking” for my boat/trailer. I was given unit R35 at this location which, is NOT covered. I was told it would be the same “covered parking rate” management simply stated was aware but did not provide any solution other than a 10% military discount. I feel that this is a major over site for this location to advertise and charge based on covered parking when clearly there is no coverage for this space, yet I’m still being charged a premium rate? I would not recommend falsely advertised storage to anyone. I used this facility for many years with our travel trailer, I was disappointed to see that there was little to no concern when I tried to get clarification on move in day regarding this issue. I will likely be finding another storage facility. Uncovered 10x20 is ranging $85-$120 in my area and I’m being charged upwards of $200.

Recently my family has been experiencing financial hardships due to illness. This amazing team at U-Haul were more than understanding and provided a solution and compassion to our family situation. I cannot express my gratitude and amazing experience with U-Haul and the Oso Blanca team in particular! I will forever chose U-Haul and recommend to anyone solely on my positive experience!
