The location was down a steep hill wirh one truck access for parking and driving backwards up the hill to exit. It wasnt a flat surface into the unit. You had to step up to enter and it was dirty left with screws, bolts and dusty dirty. i had a hard time loading the unit because it was built on a slant and my belongings were leaning downhill. The ground outside had debris and trash and very difficult to enter and exit as it was around a corner and down the hill. The lock mechanism was ground level and had to sit down to lock the door. The storage unit was put in my daughter in laws name not mine. She was my contact. Too tired to correct it when I saw it afterwards. Too expensive for being a trailer built for a typical storage unit.

Only one bad apple can damage the whole harvest. There are 2 black guys working at this location. One of them (the skinnier one) is extremely kind and friendly. The other one treats you with such a condescending tone and won’t even allow you the opportunity to speak. He behaves as if he has had a conflict with you before. And for that reason I would suggest you take your business elsewhere if you can.
