The facility was not in Williamsville it was in Lockport, NY. The manager Mary was wonderful and very helpful, I would use this location again and also recommend it to others. Thank you!

Elizebeth K. | Overall ExperienceDo not rent from this facility. The staff can never be reached, I can’t count the amount of times I had to leave a voicemail, and still never received a call back. I had multiple pieces of furniture and clothing articles ruined because they were covered in mildew and mold. Luckily we were able to clean the mildew off of our couch, however my late grandmothers wooden kitchen table was so completely covered in mold that it was rotting. We lost a rocking chair from our children’s nursery because mice burrowed little homes in it, and there were droppings throughout any tote or box they could get into. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with storing our items, and as a military family, it was not our first time. I do not recommend this place.
