FREDDIE S | Overall ExperienceWe were impressed by this place overall. The price was too high to use it for long term storage but it worked fine for storing items for a month during our move. There are clean restrooms and a drinking fountain onsite in the attached store/office, two things you won't find at most storage places. We rented a truck on our way out of town without reserving ahead and they had one available. They did not have a dolly to tow our car, though, so we had to drive it separately. Overall I was impressed with products and services offered here.

PATRICIA C | Overall ExperienceDue to the unpleasant circumstances renting out storage unit at this location. Unprofessional GM Female operating that store location. She was ruled uncanny aggressive and lack of concerns for customers needs. I couldn't even access the building after driving hours 5-6 out of state from Iowa to Wisconsin had to sit and driving around after arriving at 11:09 until 7am , wasn't allowed inside thus property until 7am then after returning home I received a bill totally up to $600+ dollars on top of no access to my storage that I literally paid for a week in advance. Everything about this was wrong. Until I had to call for help/ an file a complaint with U-haul and the corporate office .
Sondra U | Online Move InOverall great facility, but I was disappointed that they raised my rate 30 days after my start. Very shady to advertise a summer rate and then raise that rate 30 days later. Probably won’t use again.
