I AM HOMELESS SO EVERYTHING WAS THERE AND NOW THEY SOLD MY DAUGHTERS ASHES AND EVERY SINGLE THING I HAD LEFT OF HERS. ALSO EVERY SINGLE THING I OWN. I AM LOSING HER ALL OVER AGAIN AND I DONT EVEN HAVE HER ASHES PICTURES JORNALS OR THE LAST LETTER SHE WROTE US.

Several times I had contact with U-Haul and then the next person I talked with said everything from the previous encounter was not true. Things were changed after I talked with a person, and before I checked back to verify.

When I could get in to the facility it was very clean and well lit. I’m very sad yall took away the little community space to exchange items.
