A lot of policy changes over the time felt retaliatory and reactive towards bad former customers who would not feel the policy changes. Price also got too high for limited access. Ultimately while renting with yall I felt punished for other people's bad behavior and because I was staying with yall I (and the other customers) were left to pay the difference through rent increases and policy changes. Yall have an amazing facility and my stuff was safe but I feel like the appreciation of long term patronage is non existent (probably a sign of the times).

My unit was left unsecured for more than a month, even though U‑Haul’s own internal system showed that the door was open the entire time. No one contacted me, and several of my belongings were stolen as a result. I followed every proper step, including submitting a formal Notice of Dispute with documentation of U‑Haul’s system alerts, but there has been no resolution or acknowledgment so far. My concern isn’t just about the theft — it’s about U‑Haul’s failure to respond to their own security data when my unit was clearly open. I hope U‑Haul takes responsibility and updates their monitoring policies so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
