I was assigned four different units and 2 out of the 4 were filthy. One even had a decomposed rat inside.I am continuously being charged even though I never moved in.
KIMOTTA J | Overall ExperienceI rented a trailer which had a leak resulting in damages to my property. I reported the damages and the adjuster by the first name Jackie was nasty implying that I was the stupid one to rent a defective trailer. She insisted that the contract stated that the equipment is water resistant and not waterproof. Basically, she is saying that whenever someone rents a U-Haul trailer it’s a gamble and he or she needs to pray that there is no rain. This adjuster also acknowledged that the company is aware that customers cause damage to their equipment. My concern is why continue to rent defective equipment? I will never touch another U-Haul equipment again.

I needed a larger space and would like to get out of the little spot i have now before rent becomes due and I ordered a 10 x 15 on line with self move in and was amazed how easy it was. I'm hoping I still get the first month free. That would help

Overall, the experience felt unprofessional. Additionally, when I arrived for my move, the storage unit I had been assigned was locked and inaccessible. Fortunately, we acted quickly and were able to locate another vacant unit of the same size, and the movers transferred my belongings there. While I appreciate that a solution was found, this issue should have been identified and resolved before my move-in date.”

Management did not care or offer a solution and discouraged me from making a claim. I have a police report of my case. Instead, they have often been racing the price. Not recommend this place.
