Staff was very unfriendly and my belongings got damaged because the storage unit leaked water from rain.

howard k | Overall ExperienceVery expensive for the unit but maybe it's because of the location. Charged me $50 to cut my own locks off the unit because I forgot my keys after I flew one way. Did not prorate the unit moving out mid way through the month. All of the other U-Haul units ive rented prorated me for the month, extremely disappointing. The ladies in the office were very friendly and as helpful as the could be.

I "successfully" reserved a 10x9x9 unit on 5/13 and received and email confirmation (excerpt below), but there were no units of this size available when we arrived. Storage Reservation Reservation #: 824078-00108015 Move-In Date: 5/16/2025 Storage Space Reserved: 10' x 9' x 9' Drive Up Description: Drive Up 1st Floor Outside Level No Climate Monthly Rent: $134.95 Insurance: $11.95 This is not the facilities fault. It is a flaw in your software or more accurately your policy of willfully misleading customers. Now I will be charged more than $50 more per month if I have to use for more than a month. This is underhanded and I will not use your storage option again.
