I was highly upset that my storage rental was raised three times in one year, that was absolutely ridiculous, over $170 for a 10x10 per month is absolutely ridiculous, you should not raise somebody's rent three times in one year, there should be a law against that, that's greedy and unnecessary. I would have continued renting if not for this inconvenience in cost.

But since it was auto pay i just paid rent in full out the next week I should get my money back into my card used to pay for the 4 years I've paid into whatever I help pay was lots at over $315.00 a month and then downs sized to $144.99 .Just saying. That's why I don't recommend. Just give our money back. I took everything out before month up.
Louann F | Overall ExperienceI rented at this facility and had my storage broken into, several items stolen. They advertise that there is camera coverage and security alarms. Staff has changed over 4 times while I was there. They told me there was no camera coverage and the security alarms aren’t monitored. They offered no compensation or support. They still say they have work orders to fix the camera coverage. I’m sure this is not true. Don’t risk renting from this location.

FRANCES G | Overall ExperienceI would note however, that the U-Haul site on 82nd Ave had new workers who may not have been aware as to whether or not their 2nd floor storage was accessible by car as well as stairs. They sent me to a other U-Haul site to use their storage facility which took more time. Meanwhile, the movers I was paying $125/hour for had to wait for the staff to get that figured out.
