It was just okay, nothing great. I didn’t know there were only stair to get things up and down. Stupid idea. If you only go there on the weekends when there enough people to get service it’s fine. Weekdays are horrible and there needs to be more than one person working. I would never recommend this place. Too hard to get in and out of and no one answering the phone is freaking frustrating. So never again! I gave a one month notice only to be charged again after I moved out on May 30th charged again on the 31st of May. What the point of your rules if the company doesn’t follow them? I’m still mad!!!!!

CARMELITA B | First ImpressionsI was highly upset that my storage rental was raised three times in one year, that was absolutely ridiculous, over $170 for a 10x10 per month is absolutely ridiculous, you should not raise somebody's rent three times in one year, there should be a law against that, that's greedy and unnecessary. I would have continued renting if not for this inconvenience in cost.

But since it was auto pay i just paid rent in full out the next week I should get my money back into my card used to pay for the 4 years I've paid into whatever I help pay was lots at over $315.00 a month and then downs sized to $144.99 .Just saying. That's why I don't recommend. Just give our money back. I took everything out before month up.
