Nandina S | Online Move InThe day after I moved in a caravan of mobile homes parked in front of the facility. What if anything is going to happen? There are a lot of old materials which could attract rodents etc and makes it feel kind of unsafe to enter and exit the underground garage.
SHEILA J | First ImpressionsIt was very confusing finding the entrance. A guy named Ron was helpful. But I’m here tonight, entered my code and the garage won’t open. Supposed to get access up to 10 and it’s 8:45. This is an unsafe neighborhood. Not a place to hang out in the cold. No one answers when you push the call button. I try the LiveChst but it won’t Begin. The keypad next to the storage gate/door doesn’t work.
Amy S | Online Move InMy unit was broken into and I paid insurance for more than 7 years and the staff denied that fact that my unit was clearly tampered with. I filed the claim and was denied. My alarm was cut in which we showed one of your employees and the Assistant manager who was a female. She said I’ll report what I saw because it was that obvious. Oh and the reason why it was denied because the Manager told them that my unit was not broken into…he was not there to be able to make that statement. However, I will say thank you all for my stay.
