My only comment is regarding the architecture of the facility, with a large storage room being located in the lower level, a 15' truck doesn't have the clearance to drive up, and required additional logistics which imply extra cost and effort. Nothing you can change now, but unfavorable and thus I wouldn't recommend a large unit to anyone who has to get a pickup truck to transfer things from the moving truck to the storage room.

Ive been to other Uhaul facilities and they don't even come close to Uhaul Collusim in Oakland!!!!
