Ann M | Overall ExperienceThe survey questions unfortunately don't capture the main issues we had that will prevent us from using this facility again. While it is indeed secure, well lit, convenient hours, friend and well maintained, physical access to the facility is VERY POOR due to the U-Haul trucks parked everywhere, including in the spots that are supposed to be for storage customers. Not only that we often were asked to move our vehicle as it was blocking truck parking (which are everywhere). Finally the price is over double what we found elsewhere. We used this facility as we were able to take advantage of a truck and storage bundled price. If it were just storage we needed, we would not pick this facility.
