NORA R | Overall ExperienceStaff were very friendly and patient. I would prefer later access but that’s probably not practical. My online experiences have been nothing short of terrible. In the past I made an order of storage, truck, and movers. I had to reschedule. I had to make 3 separate calls because those are separate departments. I had to re enter the information several times bc the system would revert back to original order. Online- NO! This Austin Highway location- YES!!
DAVID T | Overall ExperienceWe had both inside and outside storage units at this location for a couple of years. Our things were always taken care of, facilities are always clean and in great condition. The manager and staff are amazing. I highly recommend this storage facility.

A small crowbar or flad head would easily pop the already bent and rusted handle with loose rivets off, offering free access to the unit for someone with nefarious intent. Staff was a bit rude when telling my wife to move when I had to park my truck with trailer behind a van he wanted to move. Not a lot of parking so my options with a trailer were pretty limited. Do better...

I got rid of a lot of stuff I hadn't seen in 2 years so I obviously didn't need it anymore. But I love you seeing this Austin highway U-Haul when I rent trucks they are so easy to work with.
