FELIPE A | Overall ExperienceI did checkout using the app which was straight forward. But then the staff told me that I have to do the storage checkout through them. I followed up a few times but got no callbacks for move out confirmation. Fast forward a couple of months and I have a past due balance which is wrong given I submitted my checkout on the day of the move out. It’s still unresolved with no follow through from U-Haul.

They always had smiles in their faces and was very pleasant every time I went to check on my storage. I really was pleased on how secure the facility was. UHaul gets 5 stars and A++++ from me!
