The staff, especially the young woman who helped me rent out my storage unit, were fantastic. I appreciate their professionalism and their kindness. They were a pleasure to work with! The storage unit was clean, spacious, and felt very safe. Additionally, the housekeeper/watchman was very kind and helpful!

We arrived after hours, so we used two carts to unload. It was supper fast, and we got out of there in half the time we expected. We are never going to look somewhere else!
Tamir H | First ImpressionsUnit 1184 upon check in was full of trash 3 bags full of bottles cartons trash etc. manager was aware. we were compensated with one day free rental of cargo van for June 15. I needed a van for one day-just one day rental. They made me pay one day and second day free. I only needed it for one day. In short free day rental was only a lip service to make up for a trash full storage unit. To top it all when my daughter went to the office to add her name as additional driver Beth employee transferred the van n gave us a new van and charged us $90. So where is my free rental? Then I received a bill for one month storage when I was entitled a free month storage as a promo for one way truck rental May 17. One mistake after another -charging me penalty fee for late payment for a one month free storage - Lisa retracted charge and late fees after our explanation. With this experience what would uhaul expect in our survey?

edward A | Overall ExperienceWe have been using uhaul for a long time although this is our first to use storage. When we got to uhaul storage Syracuse it looked clean and cool ( it was in the 90s outside). When we got to our unit it was full of water bottles canned sodas cartons and we accumulated 3 black garbage bags full of trash We reported to the manager and we took pictures. After putting all our stuff inside the unit, the 4 door lock holes could not align -2upper holes would not align with 2 lower holes like the lock is jammed so we just padlocked it with the holes not aligned pls check unit 1184.
