You absolutely need more than one person on staff at the desk. The procedures were very confusing too. The check in process was extremely slow because the location is horrendously understaffed although the one young man at the desk was doing his best.

She always calls me MR DASILVA !! leaving me to look behind me to see if my Dad is standing there, because she can't be talking to me ?? For goodness sake, I want to ask her on a date !! lol na I'm kidding she is lovely though, and so pleasant (in a really mellow dramatic kind of way:) she's professional, helpful and calm and I like her style. Yeah great place over all .. but it's because of her.
Thomas D | Overall ExperienceI believe in your company. I’ve been a customer in LA, Vancouver and Toronto. I have only one complaint: you are continually understaffed. The same goes for Weston Rd. The staff were wonderful, but you can tell the workload is more than their team can handle.

Ricardo B | Overall ExperienceMy move was a disaster, my storage which I had a contract for was not available on the day of my move. I had to wait 4 hrs to get a new storage on the other side of the city at rush hour. Getting our stuff there and back to do our 2nd load did not happen till 9pm. I reserved my truck for 8hrs and after 4 hrs of use it's was unable to finish its job till the next day as my space was not avaialble. I was refused a free truck for even though it was not my dault my move was gonna now require 2 days. This costed me movers that I had to pay for but could not finish the job. On the second day I had only one friend to help us and with a hernia myself I was forced to move the second load on my own with little help. Im a day late to my place and severly ill do to this and cannot get up to settle into my new home...I realize this had happened due my move in date changing many times but i was assured that I was it no problem and there was a place for my home to be stored even the day before I arrempted to move in. This costed me not only a day and a half of time, the cost of mover, the added stress and triggering my PTSD having a truck full of stuff and no where to put it and another load to complete, and my landlord upset im still there my power cut off for the night for me and my son and our health jeopardized. it forced me into a more expensive unit in an undesirable location. I had to put approx 100 extra km on my trip and was only offer $30 credit for all my trouble which was Uhauls fault. Uhaul has always been fair and reliable that is why Ive used it for every move since 16yrs old. My plan was keep my stuff with you for 1 to 2 years but this is ridiculous. I'm not a happy customer at all...Please offer a fair remedy to this situation. So I can update my review, the team on one side was very helpful and knew this wasn't right but the team at Warden was unable to offer me any place as they must have given my unit away.

Kelly H | Overall ExperienceThe staff were friendly and eventually helpful, but everyone seemed to move very, very slowly. There was an extremely long line, but somehow no one ever came to man the second register. It felt like no one was working there even though there were at least five employees I saw during the 2 hours I was there. That's right, it took two full hours before I could get the storage unit that I reserved ahead of time to speed things up, and I let them know when I called that I needed to rush to catch a flight. So two hours was them rushing. It's hard to understate the general lack of productivity of the employees. They all act like they're at the end of a two week long 20 hour a day every day ordeal and just can't be bothered to lift a finger for customers any more. Now, eventually, once you get over the incredible lack of wanting to work, they are nice and helpful. Just cancel all your plans if you plan on using this location, because you're going to miss them all.

The transaction was smooth and fast and there was none of the nonsense (upsells and mandatory charges added onto the base price) I have experienced with two of the major storage outfits. Five stars!
