Overall, I had a positive experience, and both moving in and moving out were made much smoother by using your storage facilities. For my move, I rented a 10'x10' unit and added a lock to my reservation. However, when I arrived on the first day, the lock was not inside the unit as expected. Since I arrived at the U-Haul facility around 9:30 PM, the front desk was already closed. As a result, I had to drive back home to pick up a temporary lock and return the next day to request the U-Haul lock from the front desk. I would like to suggest leaving the reserved locks inside the units starting from the first day. Since the units already have a green security seal attached to them, it would be very convenient for customers arriving after business hours to find their locks waiting for them inside. Additionally, it would be a great improvement if the facility offered extended access hours, perhaps up to midnight, to better accommodate those moving late in the evening. Entering the building is very difficult as well. There are 4 storage companies on that block and your building does not stand out as the best. Finding parking is also a challenge, the building is already built so not much can be done but it is a location with many trucks for rent so storage customers get no access to parking. The people are good and the building is clean but it is very hard if you need to access your unit often.
