On the second month, I received an email, yet when I clicked on the pay now option, it said that there was a zero balance due. Then I received a call telling me I was delinquent!

Grant C | First ImpressionsAppreciate having the lock provided. Would be good to have a checklist of things to do and to tell (maybe FAQ) sheet. and a map. We weren't sure where to go and didn't know about the lock . It was confusing. Staff was friendly but they didn't explain everything. They explained a lot, but there were some key missing bits of information. Didn't explain aobut the alarm. Not sure when to use key card because the door was opening. appreciated the guidance about the 1st vs 2nd floor units.
