I made a reservation for a storage space. Brandon t couldn’t find it. Only a a larger unit was available but I wanted drive up access. I went ahead with the reservation with the understanding it was drive up access. It turned out not to be. I canceled the reservation.. he said I’d was canceled but I have not seen the refund. He did not call for back up despite a growing line. I went with a different company.

We needed a storage locker fast—due to a different company not being available to access our locker (they left before closing)…we cancelled with them and called uhaul—-west allis; we had a space secured and unpacked our items into the space within an hour. Wonderful team!!!
KAMIA B | Overall ExperienceI hired movers to move my apartment items into a U-Haul storage unit, paying them both $215.00 am hour for each hour. When the got to the U-Haul facility there was a lock on the unit that was rented out to me online. The movers waited an hour for the representative at this location to get a new storage unit seeing as I paid $220 to rent it. After my movers waited, they were then told by the service desk that they had no key for my unit.

My reservation SHOULD have been canceled becuase I signed up with another location and they said they canceled my other reservation. Not to mention that location was an absolute nightmare with no show employees. Absurd wait times and the lady taking care of my registration was on a personal all the entire time. I called uhual 3 times and I still have no resolution. If my momey gets refunded for the unit I never used i will change my review. (Also posting to help and google)
