When we went to pick up our items with the movers, the area in front of our units only had one small path shoveled in front of them. Staff tried to be helpful by using ice melt in front, but we and our movers had to shovel the snow ourselves so our furnishings and belongings wouldn’t be damaged.

jeremy w | Overall ExperienceLighting outside of the units was awful. We were moving from ME to CT and this was the closest location with a large unit. When we got there the rope attached to the door handle was frozen into the ice in front of the unit. When we asked for help the guy handed me an ice chipper. When we came back 3 weeks later to remove our items the ice in front of the unit was worse. Not only was this a HUGE safety issue, but the warmer days caused it to melt and it was so high up the water went right into our unit. Boxes destroyed, furniture sitting in water and mattresses as well. All they had to do was shovel in front of the units and none of that would have happened. Laziness. I feel bad for the other unit owners who have no idea what they are walking into.
