Based on my experience and the issues that I encountered that day, I answered no to that question. Granted, that this may have been a one time mishap, but, it should not have happened. Therefore, I would recommended inspection of storage units prior to assignment for availability and cleanliness and an updated map or clearly note where unit is located inside the facility.

Overall, the storage unit that l rented was without any visual damaged content for the majority of the term that l rented the unit. I was absolutely unaware of the extent to which a cluster of the items/merchandise was infested, damaged, destroyed, or completely ruined due to vermin.

My truck did not have a hand trolley so that made my move more time consuming. The customer service was great .....despite the two setbacks I will use your site in the future
