Generally a good facility with clean accommodations and courteous staff. My main issue was that parking the truck and trailer was excessively difficult due to lack of space and lack of effective plowing of the lot. When dropping of the trailer prior to unloading my possessions into the adjacent storage unit, I was told to drop the trailer of in “C1” with no explanation of what “C1” means or where it was located. Staff gave no further assistance for dropping off the trailer after telling me to drop it at “C1”.

They told me I could pull into the storage unit with the truck to unload but the gate would not open for nothing and where you need to pull in there is not enough room to pull in straight with where they have the return lane for equipment and lane up of trailer hitches.
