Customer service agent at desk was absolutely terrible. Asked him to show us the available unit and loading area before signing and he refused, would only show a map. Absolutely uninterested and unbothered through the entire reaction. Upon receiving keys to unit we were handed a map and told we could load through the loading bay. Loading bay was completely blocked with snow including the path to the man door. Uhaul truck was parked horizontally across loading bay. We had brought our rented uhaul ready to unload and were unable to. When asked if it would be cleared the agent responded “when uhaul decides”. Had to use extra km on rented truck to go to another storage facility and pay to rent a unit since there was no access. We tried to return the keys and not take the unit and the agent said he didn’t know how to reverse it. Was absolutely unhelpful with anything. Will be returning tomorrow and will not rent again.
