I had a herd time understanding the man, his english was not too good. But it was one of the only locations open on a Sunday so I didn't have to go through the automated process.

I dropped it off after hours. But did have drop box so that made the difference. You might consider having some sort of notification if a drop off location is getting full of rentals. This location already had plenty of rentals and I had to leave it parked in the back throughway. Other than that everything went fine.
JAMES SThe truck didn't have windshield wipers when we rented it also the moving truck area had sticky pink stains in it.
MADELINE MWhen trying to return the vehicle the app stopped and I was not allowed to take all of the photos it did come back as completed however I wasn't able to put photos someone please contact me and let me know we're all good.
