Fast and friendly service Uhaul was ready as soon as I got there great communication and help me through every step of the way.
Israel mGreat and fast customer service a little trouble finding the exact location because there is 2 different business on the property but the employees were very helpful and made my rental process as easy and quick as could be. Greatly would recommend them for your uhaul needs.
Pedro PMy issue is with U-haul, not with the place I picked up the dolly. I made my reservation online for a pick-up near my house at 0600. The night before, I received a call from U-haul telling the place and the time weren't available, then I had to wait an additional 2 HOURS to pick it up another 10 MILES beyond....THEN I go to pick up the dolly and U-haul has a HIDDEN FEE NOT INCLUDED IN MY BILL for $80 for "interstate travel bullshit." However, U-haul got me this time, but it will NEVER happen again and I will discouraged others I know to use one of the many other options out there now.
