Allow the customer to calculate the mileage needed vs. just assigning a very conservative amount and then ripping them off with a $1.00/mile charge for anything over the very low estimate U-Haul randomly calculates.
Casey BThe back was dirty and had trash when I picked it up. The front was also dirty and the mats had dirt.
William MI won’t down the place. I will say there needs to be a quality check to ensure everything there is there. Grateful for the man that intervened.
antonio bThe latches in back kept getting stuck n hard to pull out the truck was dirty I had to clean and sanitize it! My car would go over speed bump in parking lot I had to park far and walk to the trucks… it could been better.
