The man was rude! Not helpful, screamed at me! And I quote,” Control yourself woman” I was sick and crying because the U-haul app was frozen and couldn’t finish the steps. He yelled to finish them and the continued to scream at me. Was very threatening!!
Kerry MThe Only Complaint i have is that The Trailer was equipped with The Male End of The Pigtail for The Brake Light Hookup & so was My Truck & I had to purchase another Pigtail & Pay Someone to Switch it over for Me, because The Trailer should have had The Female End of The Pigtail.
