Trailer dirty, bald tire with low air pressure. Tire shop wouldn't fill it, had to replace the tire. Not the locations fault but isn't the equipment being inspected?

This was the worst experience I have even had! Website is terrible. Picking up trailer should not take one hour to get the paperwork completed and paid for. Website states make changes if needed. Does not work! Would never recommend! My sons have used U-Haul before and had a bad experience and warned me. Should have listened to them and not rented. Poor overall experience! Never again.
