Its not about the location per se, its the fact that the pick up location was changed to this one at the last minute and added 50 miles to my trip, costing me an additional 45.00.
WILLIAM RKey was not left in Dropbox. An employee with access to building was able to retrieve key. Uhaul representative, Vanessa, was very helpful and able to assign truck to me. Would never recommend or use location in the future.
