It was a smaller location at a convenience store however the staff member who helped me was a super kind fellow who was very helpful and ent above and beyond.

They said I had to fill the uhaul but when I got it it had 389 miles when I get filled it it had 439 so do I get my extra money back

Albert CI reserved a 15 foot Uhaul bc I was moving a whole house 600 miles and it confirmed stating this location had the truck I needed. Upon arrival they only had a 10 fr truck and no dolly that I reserved. So they said you can pulll the trailer! Absolutely not! Not ok. Not only did I not have a loading ramp but I couldn’t bring half my stuff w me to my new home. This was not a local move and I am not impressed. Maybe this was Uhaul fault and not sams variety fault since Uhaul took the reservation.
